Yes. We bring all of our own equipment and chemicals, but we need access to a standard water spigot and a standard electrical outlet within about 70 feet of where the vehicle is parked.
Most Full Details take 2–4 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. Interior-only or exterior-only services typically run 1–2.5 hours.
Please remove personal items, valuables, and trash before your appointment. It helps us focus on cleaning rather than moving things around, and keeps your belongings safe.
Stain treatment is included with every interior service. Results vary depending on the stain type, material, age, and any previous damage — most stains improve significantly, but some older or set-in stains may not fully lift.
Our pricing assumes an average-condition vehicle. If yours needs significant extra time — excessive pet hair, heavy staining, mud, sand, trash, or odor — we'll let you know before doing any additional work, so there are no surprises.
Yes — standard pet hair removal is included in every interior service. Excessive pet hair may call for the Heavy Pet Hair Removal add-on.
